Welcome to SoftSilkz.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the SoftSilkz website, mobile applications, services and related features (collectively, the “Platform”).

SoftSilkz is an online platform for purchasing sarees and other textile products from India.

By accessing, browsing or using SoftSilkz, or by placing an order through the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and the policies referred to in them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. About SoftSilkz

SoftSilkz provides an online shopping platform for sarees and related textile products.

Products available through SoftSilkz may be:

1. Manufactured by SoftSilkz or its associated manufacturing operations;
2. Sourced from manufacturers or suppliers;
3. Sourced from authorised retailers; or
4. Offered by independent sellers registered on the SoftSilkz Platform, where marketplace functionality is provided.

The applicable seller/manufacturer information will be displayed on the relevant product page wherever required by applicable law.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract under applicable Indian law to place an order through SoftSilkz.

If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Platform, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and complete.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, colours, fabric information, measurements and other product details are accurate.

However, textile products may naturally have minor variations in:

1. Colour;
2. Texture;
3. Weave;
4. Printing;
5. Embroidery;
6. Zari;
7. Border placement; and
8. Finishing.

Colours displayed on your screen may also vary depending on your device, display settings, lighting and photography.

Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Where a product has a material defect or is materially different from the description provided, applicable consumer rights and our Return & Exchange Policy will apply.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability until the order has been successfully confirmed.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, SoftSilkz may contact you regarding cancellation, replacement or refund, as applicable.

5. Prices

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other charges, where applicable, will be disclosed before completion of the purchase.

SoftSilkz may change prices, discounts and promotional offers from time to time.

If a genuine technical or pricing error occurs, SoftSilkz reserves the right to correct the error and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.

6. Orders

When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected product.

An order acknowledgement may be sent by email, SMS, WhatsApp or other available communication methods.

An order becomes confirmed when SoftSilkz accepts it for processing or dispatch.

SoftSilkz may cancel an order where permitted by applicable law, including circumstances involving:

1. Product unavailability;
2. Incorrect product information;
3. Technical or pricing errors;
4. Suspected fraud;
5. Payment issues;
6. Incorrect customer information; or
7. Delivery restrictions.

Where payment has already been received and a refund is applicable, it will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

7. Payment

SoftSilkz may provide payment options including UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, payment gateways, cash on delivery where available, and other methods displayed at checkout.

Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment service providers.

Customers must provide accurate payment and billing information.

8. Shipping and Delivery

SoftSilkz delivers to serviceable locations across India.

Estimated delivery dates are indicative and may vary because of courier delays, weather, holidays, transportation issues, natural events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.

9. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Cancellation, return, exchange and refund requests are governed by the applicable SoftSilkz policies.

Nothing in these policies is intended to unlawfully restrict rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.

10. Customer Reviews

Customers may submit reviews, ratings, photographs or other content where this functionality is provided.

Reviews should represent genuine customer experiences.

SoftSilkz may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, defamatory, irrelevant or otherwise violates applicable policies or law.

11. Intellectual Property

The SoftSilkz name, logo, website design, photographs, graphics, text, product descriptions, videos and other content are owned by or licensed to SoftSilkz unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish or commercially exploit SoftSilkz content without prior written permission.

12. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

1. Use the Platform for unlawful purposes;
2. Attempt unauthorised access;
3. Interfere with website operation;
4. Introduce malicious code;
5. Conduct fraudulent transactions;
6. Impersonate another person;
